High Flow Fuel Delivery System
Are other configurations possible for a high flow fuel system?
Why don't you use another type of fitting for the rail?
Is it true you're supposed to have an upgraded fuel pressure regulator for this system to work properly?

Q: Are there other ways to configure the fuel system to improve the flow characteristics, or is the method you describe the best?
A: Yes! There are many perfectly good configuration possibilities. The research we are sharing is simply one way we have found that delivers excellent results.  Please feel free to use our findings as a starting point for your own experimentation.


Q: Is there a procedure for installing the high flow fuel delivery systems for the 2nd gen DSMs?  What different parts do I need?

A: The good news is that we have sucessfully implemented the HFFDS on several 2nd gens.  The 2G Addendum is here.


Q: I am concerned that the fuel rail NPT fitting will leak. Is there anything special I should do to prevent it?

A: We recommend affixing the rail fitting with JBWeld.
